Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aura Luxury. The following terms constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Coverage & Locations

We currently ship to addresses across India. We partner with premier logistics providers (BlueDart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees) to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your luxury purchases. We do not support international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated based on the selected payment method:

• Full Online Payment orders: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: A nominal shipping and handling fee of ₹99 is added during checkout.

3. Shipment Dispatch & Delivery Estimates

All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Mumbai within 24 business hours of order verification (successful online payment or COD advance authorization).

Estimated transit times are:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

4. Tracking Updates

Once your order is handed over to the courier, we will update the tracking number in your account dashboard under the "My Orders" tab. You will also receive real-time tracking links via SMS and Email.
